Quebec artist Jean-François Laporte has a hybrid incorporating visual arts and sound exploration. Also, since 1999 the artist engages in research, development and implementation of sound and visual installation featuring robotic control and automated (Khôra, Seaquakes, Kyokkoufu, Psukhô, orbits, etc.). These facilities are in scenes which has both visual and sound, using pneumatics, robotics and kinetics as the center of reflection and as a means of expression.
